Online Sales and Operations Training Program

As a subcontractor, developed and implemented a comprehensive online training program for Siemens, focusing on enhancing sales and operational efficiency. The program was tailored to meet the specific needs of Siemens’ Growth Advantage initiative, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.

Instructor-Led Technical Training Course

Created an instructor-led training course for Siemens to teach a software product to senior technicians. The course included hands-on practice with hardware simulators. Worked with SME to design custom labs, allowing technicians to learn the software and evaluate it's benefits to their workflow.

Developed an interactive web-based training for Fairfield to onboard new managers. The course covered soft skills and compliance, including handling disciplinary actions delicately, teaching emotional intelligence for difficult conversations, and documenting actions in their system.
